When it comes to apes in Borneo, Orangutans garner the majority of the attention, but Borneo is also home to another - slightly more distant - relative of ours, suffering similarly at our hands.
We visited the Labuk Bay Proboscis Sanctuary, where we saw a number of these curious looking creatures, pushed into increasingly small areas by the destruction of their mangrove habitat.
