Having booked onto an all-day trip, we were out bright and early to fuel up at Tim Hortons. In addition to our usual helping of Timbits, we were also treated to this incredible sunrise.
Abandoning Laura to our coffees, I rushed around to try and get a photo that didn't include Canmore's shopping areas - settling upon this view from just outside our hotel.
All in all, the light only lasted about 15 minutes, disappearing just after we boarded the bus to Banff.
