After a brief walk up Moraine Lake's Rockpile Trail, we were greeted by the view over the lake itself.
As breathtaking as the lake was, behind us loomed Mount Temple, the peak itself obscured by clouds, this spur jutting out of the clouds like the prow of some great ship.
